The chef at the Beach House where we're staying in PE has a bit of a flair for cooking. Yesterday she served us fruit salad followed by a toasted breakfast bap. Today we had warm apple pancakes followed by toast layered with spinach, mushrooms and bacon omelette. Delicious.

Gourmet Breakfast
